MER Clinic: Recommended Practices for Module Wiring

Most module electrical wiring standards were developed prior to the advent of Digital Command Control. While they were adequate for analog control they have several shortcomings for DCC control. This clinic describes a new Recommended Practice for Module Wiring, which meets the needs of both DC and DCC control.
